What to have ready
You do not need any of this to call. Having it makes the answer far more useful.
What the building is. House, apartment, storefront, garage, standalone slab. Roughly when it was built, if you know.
What is coming out. Room by room, or the structure and what it is attached to. If you are not sure whether something is structural, say so rather than guessing.
Whether anyone is in it. Occupied or empty changes the working hours, the protection and the schedule.
How things can get out. Which floor, whether there is a service elevator, whether a vehicle can reach the site, and whether there is curb space for a container. This is the single most useful thing you can tell us.
Your date, if you have one. Especially if a building's approval process has already started, or if another trade is waiting on you.
With those, we can usually give you a range on the phone. The firm number comes after we have seen the site.
